Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your laser device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the laser level and all included accessories back into its original protective hard case and shipping box to prevent calibration damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at an authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a calibration check and functional test upon receipt; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
