Product Overview

The Topcon RL-200 2S is a very high accuracy, Dual True Grade laser level with an operating range of up to 1,100m with the included laser detector. Topcon’s revolutionary encoding system provides the highest level of grade repeatability with an accuracy of ±1mm @ 30m, the best in the industry compared with any other brand. Set-up after set-up, time after time, you’re always right on grade!

The RL-200 2S is auto-levelling within ±5 degrees (ie. it will auto level on a surface within 5 degrees of true level) and can achieve dual grades up to ±10% in the X axis & -5% to ±25% in the Y axis.

Grade values can be set either on the laser’s keypad or preferably via the included RC-400 wireless remote control with a range of approx. 300m. The RC-400 also gives easy access to the following menu settings: masking mode / rotational speed / sensitivity levels and shock sensor.

For added precision, this laser has an adjustable rotational speed of 300, 600 or 900 rpm. Also, it comes with a clear LCD graphical display that makes it easier to see the set values.

With an IP66 environmental rating, this laser is dust-tight and water jet resistant. Power is supplied via a high capacity 9,000mAh, Ni-MH rechargeable battery pack (BT-67Q) with mains charger, giving a run-time of up to 90 hours. Optionally, 4 x type D alkaline standard batteries will operate for approx. 100 hours.

An automatic 5-Year Warranty is included. Topcon is backing up this reliable & very accurate laser level with one of the best factory Warranties in the industry.

The kit includes the Topcon LS-100D detector with Digital read-out (mm/inch) and staff mounting bracket (holder 110). It displays the mm/inch values to show the elevation or drop clearly on the LCD eg. 20mm - 8mm - 5mm - 1mm – Set LEVEL etc.

The RL-200 2S is perfect for general grade setting, drainage work, land surveying, construction layout and many other outdoor applications.

Versatile and designed for maximum user convenience, the LS-100D features a digital readout to confidently deliver elevation and vertical alignment control on demand.

It features an extra-wide beam capture sensor that also rejects annoying interference from strobe light exposures. The large and bright LCD displays (front and rear) feature 9 channels of grade information and digitally show the distance to on-grade. By pressing the Hold button, the display is locked so the user can conveniently read the results. For added versatility, three coloured LEDs and a strong magnet mount are embedded for vertical operation, ideal for steel erection or operator-grade checking while excavating.

To assist in monitoring the Topcon rotating laser, alert icons appear on the LCD if the instrument is disturbed (HI alert) or when the laser battery is low.

The optional ShockWatch impact indicator clip is a tamperproof, mechanically activated device that turns bright red to indicate mishandling or after the Laser has received an excessive impact.
