Spectra HV1305C - Kit HIRE

Spectra HV1305C - Kit HIRE

The Spectra Precision® HV302 Horizontal/Vertical Laser is the most rugged fully self-levelling laser available. Tough enough to handle a wide variety of horizontal, vertical and plumb applications in both interior and exterior projects. A split beam enables plumb point transfer and 90-degree setting-out of your worksite. No need to use the time consuming 3/4/5 triangle method any more.

The HV302 delivers consistently reliable and accurate performance, enabling you to work faster and smarter. When used with a detector, it will give an outdoor range of 800m diameter (2,600 ft).

The rugged HV302 laser can withstand drops of up to 1 metre onto concrete and tripod tipovers up to 1.5 metres (5 feet). This strength, combined with full weatherproofing and dustproofing, reduces downtime and lowers repair costs over the life of the product.

The specialist Spectra HL760 Detector also has the Automatic Grade Match and vertical PlaneLok functions:

Automatic Grade Matching. A very useful feature for drainage work.

The remote control menu is used to access the Auto Grade Matching feature and to signal the laser level to scan up or down (in its Y-axis) to find the HL760 detector at its set height. A radio link between the two, enables the laser to be set to the required slope. This is much faster and more accurate than trying to manually set the laser to the required slope.

The PlaneLok function.

This feature is used to lock the laser beam in alignment with the target point - especially useful for general alignment and vertical cladding applications etc.

The HL760 also has the “Fingerprint” function which only accepts the laser beam from the laser it is paired with.

Features

Automatic horizontal and vertical self-levelling

Accuracy 1.5mm @ 30 metres (1/16 inch @ 100 ft)

Working range of 800 metres diameter (2,600 ft) with the laser detector.

High visibility beam – easily visible even in brightly lit conditions

Split beam – enables plumb point transfer and 90-degree layout

Height of Instrument Alert - unit stops rotating when jarred to avoid erroneous readings. ie. a Bump Sensor system.

Extremely durable and portable.

Detector features

Standard kit with HL760 Detector & Bracket:

The Spectra Precision® Laser HL760 Laser Detector, a highly versatile laser receiver for basic and advanced leveling and aligning applications, is designed for general, concrete and site preparation contractors.

The HL760 is an easy-to-use tool that accurately measures elevations across the site, and is ideal for use with any rotating red beam laser level.

It features a digital readout of elevation that provides a numeric display of +/-50mm to 0.5mm resolution. The readout is displayed on the large front and rear LCD's and shows exactly how far the elevation is from on-grade. Accurate measurements can be made without moving the rod clamp, saving time and increasing productivity.

Selectable units of measurement can be displayed to meet your specific application - mm, cm, ft, in or fractional inches.

A 127mm long pick-up window, more than double the industry standard, allows quick acquisition of the laser beam.

An anti-strobe sensor prevents false readings from any adjacent site strobe lights.

Radio Communication - the HL760 also communicates with the HV302 in automatic Grade Match and PlaneLok applications.

"Fingerprinting" - this is a NEW function which links the HL760 with a particular Spectra Laser. Once it is paired with the laser level, the detector has the ability to filter out all other lasers that strike its pick-up window and ONLY accept the laser that it is paired with.

A very useful feature on busy worksites.

This detector is designed to survive tough construction site conditions; it is totally waterproof (IP67) and can withstand a drop of 3 metres (10 feet) onto concrete.

Features:

Fingerprint function filters out other lasers.

Reduces rework by allowing remote monitoring.

Increases reliability, accuracy and durability.

No need to go "on-grade" to measure: saves considerable setting-out time.

Digital readout of elevation - not only will high or low arrows be displayed, but the exact distance from grade will be numerically displayed, which eliminates the need to get "on-grade" to make measurements.

Large 127mm reception height acquires the beam quickly and makes it easy to stay in the beam. Anti-strobe sensor stops construction strobe lights from setting off the detector and makes it easier to identify true laser beam signals.

Simultaneous elevation LED's signal in low light levels and over a longer range for easier reading in poor light conditions.

A new CAPTURE function remotely captures and retains a measurement, when the display is difficult to see.

Multiple deadband sensitivity settings, five in all, allows adaptation to meet all your jobsite requirements.

Dust and weatherproof housing withstands a drop of up to 3 m (10 ft) onto concrete for reduced downtime.

Two clamp positions for cut/fill or excavation. Excavation mode puts more reception height and elevation information above grade for higher utilization in digging and staking applications.

Technical specification

Accuracy:

+/- 1.5mm @ 30 metres, max. operating diameter 800m (400m either side of the instrument).

An accuracy of +/- 1.5mm @ 30 metres is equivalent to 0.05 mm/m and to put that into perspective, the best premium German spirit level has an accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm/m or +/- 15mm @ 30 metres.

Dual Grade facility:

Dual axis X and Y axis up to +/-10% (1 in 10)

Both X & Y axis can be set to give a maximum fall of up to 1m at 10m distance away. (ie. 1 in 10 & +/-10% grade)

Users can set single or dual grades from the HV302's keypad or more conveniently, via the included RC402N radio remote control.
